fantastic stay!

helpful staff breakfast variety clean room

The staff was so helpful. They assisted with taxis and directions. the breakfast had a huge variety of options i loved. i especially appreciated the room was super clean and quiet, this made it easy to relax after sightseeing all day.

The elevator starts on the floor above the lobby. It's hard to manage luggage up the stairs.

the double room was spacious and well maintained with daily cleaning, i found it very comfortable. the bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day. the room offered quietness for restful sleep.

the hotel is very close to the bazar and shopping centers, it was amazing. it is also near the local tram so getting around was easy! the proximity to local attractions added much value to my trip.

The staff was warm and cute from arrival to departure. This. a staff member waited with me for my taxi on departure and that was so thoughtful! the breakfast staff was knowledgeable on local attractions.

the hotel provides a good breakfast with many choices, even though it is the same menu every day. there is also a rooftop pool, its views made it very beautiful! the hotel also offers quick access to the metro and tram.

ample buffet tasty food

the breakfast buffet was ample with plentiful choices. it had really tasty food. the staff assisted with airport transfers. they kept our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to explore the city.

natural coffee was not available. i could only choose between instant coffee and tea

average stay with some drawbacks

small room street noise

the room i had was quite small and didn't quite feel like a proper four-star experience (i expected more space). some of the expected amenities were missing. also, the street noise made it a bit difficult to sleep at night, especially with the sounds from the shops and traffic outside. the overall experience was just okay, nothing special.
